A Note on Future Shows:
Drift will be spending the summer of 2010 recording their debut album of original songs, expanding and revising their library of cover songs, and accepting bookings for September 2010 and on. The band is incredibly excited after only a year and a half as a group to have accomplished all we have already accomplished. We are looking forward to a summer devoted entirely to being creative and can't wait to share the album with you all when it is completed. ABOUT THE BAND

Drift is a four-piece rock party band from central Connecticut that is steadily building a reputation of putting on electric shows at some of Connecticut's hottest live music venues. In less than two years since hitting the scene, Drift became a finalist in the Clearchannel sponsored 2009 Mohegan Sun "Sizzlin' Summer Showdown" and a semi-finalist in the 2010 "Rock (Your) Face Off" competition sponsored by The Rock 106.9 WCCC. The band has acheived equal success in both their exciting cover performances as well as their catchy original rock songs. Drift's fans are known for "bringin' the haggard" (as the band calls it) to any and every venue the band lands itself in. With an expansive list of covers consisting mostly of instantly recognizable, catchy rock songs from the 90's to today, the band is guaranteed to have any crowd singing and dancing along.
